Customize JqPlot Script for 4 different Chart Types

My website provides some diagrams. I'd like to use JqPlot in future, therefore I need someone who could customize the output of JqPlot to my needs. I will provide sample diagrams later on. But here is what I'm looking for: 2 different Bar Charts: First Bar Chart: - using custom bar colors - providing an error band/confidence interval (could be changed by user) [full wide of the diagram] - tooltips when hovering the bars must be shown - rotated axis labels are needed Second Bar Chart: - all of the First Bar Chart and - shows multiple bars per period 2 different Line Charts: First Line Chart: - providing an error band/confidence intervals (could be changed by user) for one line - showing multiple lines - tooltips when hovering the lines must be shown - using custom line colors - rotated axis labels are needed Second Line Chart: - Lines run from top down (thus chart is rotated by 90 degree) - needs 3 different background colors, which could be set for different sizes, but all must sum up to 100% of Graph Area - tooltips when hovering the lines must be shown - using custom line colors - rotated axis labels are needed All Charts must have a Legend and Title/Subtitle. Sizes of the Charts vary. I know that JqPlot has Error Band/Confidence Intervals for Line Chart, but I need it for Bar Chart as well. In case you might need to code a plugin to provide that feature, you should adhere to the coding standards of JqPlot and include these costs in your bid. But check back with JqPlot first. Summary: Provide the Custom JqPlot Chart Script for 4 different Charts and name the required Plugins.
