Ongoing Graphic Design/ Front End HTML CSS Coder

I am looking for a well rounded "go to" guy/girl to help me with small website related tasks in an ongoing as needed basis. Easy stuff to help me when overloaded. Some examples of the types of work I would need: Create a graphic/banner for a website, clean up images, resize images... No full website design. I would open a separate project for this. simple HTML/CSS - no full page psd to html - things like style a form, fix a cross browser issue, style a div pop up box.... I need someone: -- skilled -- professional -- fluent in English -- responsive -- responsible -- dependable and just "gets it done" without excuses! This would be great for a newer freelancer. Maybe 1 - 2 hours a week. Some weeks more, some less. Low budget but ongoing long term work. PM me or I wont consider your services.
