Magento Extension not showing in admin

Hi I am building an extension for Magento. It is a simple extension to extend the current reports and output a custom report. I am using this: [login to view URL] However, the extension shows in my configuration > advanced, but not in the menu navigation under reports, as it should in the url. I think it has an issue in [login to view URL] as shown in the tutorial. I require a Magento expert to cast an eye over and resolve it so i can continue. Please add REINDEER to your bid to show you've read and also look at the URL as this is a simple task to complete and maybe 1/2 lines to correct. Must have Skype and fix ASAP. Thank you
