Link Building and article submission

I need link building and article submission in canada job related websites/directories. I will provide the articles for you. I do not need them to be written! I will only allow up to 2 articles submitted on one site, and no articles can be submitted more than 100 times. I need my text links/hyperlinks appear in the resource box-as usual. All articles will appear on static pages with permanent static one-way links. NO dynamic links, robot <no-follow> tags, Link Farms, FFA pages, etc. Only submit in Google PR3+ ranking article directories/sites from your archive in its respective category. We will not count for lower PR rank sites submissions on this project. Those articles are for one website only and can only have a very few possible categories it can go under. You will provide a full listing of URL's for submitted articles, including the IP addresses, along with article (we will number the article so that all we need is that number to reference to). Reporting will be via MS Excel. PLEASE NOTE: Payment will NOT be made if I suspect you of using automatic article submission softwares.
