301 redirect on asp environment

We have just recently upgraded our site from php to ASP.net. Have many dead links (about 1300) that need to be redirected to a 301 for google. Need a marketing / asp person who can quiclkly resolve the issues with google. Need someone asap! Pls only apply if you are throroughly knowledgable on creating 301 redirects on IIS/ ASP.net environment and get it done for 1300 not see urls and efficiently as it is hurting my google rankings.
