Photoshop to have white background and Dreamweaver Editor ( optional ) - repost 2

I’m looking for a freelance photoshop expert. I need someone who can make white backgrounds of my product pictures. I will pay 0.15 USD a picture. The price is negotiable. Most of the products are engine parts and the white backgrounds can be applied very easily. It normally only take a few minute a picture or less. The pictures will be uploaded to a webpage and then the URL will be applied to a html template of each item. I normally would want the pictures to be done in 1-2 days after it is assigned. I run a business so i constantly have pictures and listings work so this project can last for as long as i run my business ( years ). We will be using drop box ( [login to view URL] ) to send the photos back and forth so this program must be downloaded. I constantly need photoshop work so this relationship position can last as long as the freelancer desires.
