317238 windows desktop application

hello, I need a desktop application software for archive and there is an option to do backup and and upload backup of the software automaticly so it is only enter data and take them when need i have design all pages as images and it is like 8 pages but 4 of them only button to go to the next page say maha in the bid to look at yours check the attachment it is better to use SQLITE as my database and u r open to use any coding langauage and for GUI also but it should at least look the same as i am providing as i provide the design and all pages so it should be easy on u this not should take than 2 days at most check the attachment regards
