Convert C# ASP.Net 1.1 to ASP.NET 3.5

I have an asp.net 1.1 project written in C# that works with SQL Express 2005.? There are approximately 160 code modules in the project and under 15 crystal reports. I need this project converted to ASP.NET 3.5.? The scope of the project is to merely get the 1.1 project running in ASP.NET 3.5.? no bug fixes and no re-writing code.? The only changes will be to get the current project running in ASP.NET 3.5.? That is it. I can provide a full database backup from SQL Express 2005? and the full source code in ASP.NET 1.1 C#. You must deliver a functional project running in ASP.NET 3.5.? As soon as it is verified and working on our test server, the code will be accepted and you will be paid. ## Deliverables The only changes the programmer is authorized to make to the existing 1.1 code is whatever is necessary to make it functional under ASP.NET 3.5.?
