Poker multiplayer software for windows

A Poker multiplayer software like the well known ones, with features like tables and few games to choose from, like omaha and most important- texas holdem. It must be built in either c/c++, using any framework for game design for VS or an equal IDE, at least-OPENGL (or directX although it is not preferred). NO C# PLEASE!!! In the back-end side, i prefer mysql as database engine and php for server side, but you wellcome to propose your own "combo" for backend instead those that i more familiar with. More important features: Must look and feel like the leading poker environments- real time, reliability and high graphics(although 3D is not a must, but can be somewhat integrated) No Payment system is requested- but instead money there will be points, with same scale as money. the game is for fun only. Administrative tools like monitoring abilities such administrator perspective on table and control(with game integrity-no fictive players allowed). Maby another client except the windows c\c++ client. another client can be only JAVA for interplatform. No 3D is required here but it must feel and look somewhat like the windows version client. Please- for that JAVA client give a separated offer. It is not urgent. Also, Documented source code for client is required and for server it depends. The multiplayer server must be capable for unlimited concurrent players. a SmartFoxServer is preferred, but like i said it depends on your convenient. Thanx in advance, Shay.
