95650 Product Availability Notifier

I need is a script that will monitor the several websites for specific product availability. The script will need to be able to monitor all of the sites constantly (at least every few minutes) for changes since the availability of the products I will be monitoring changes often. When the products availability changes I want to be notified via email and also have the ability to autmatically make changes on my site showing the product as available or not. It would be nice to be able to add in new sites myself if possible but this is the primary list of sites I am wanting to monitor now.
