VB Shareware Product

This project is to develop a shareware program product in C++ or VB for displaying flash movies, prompting the user with questions, collecting their answers, and then provide a drag-and-drop capability for organizing their answers. Output of the wizard should be an RTF document. I will provide the UI in a PSD file. I will also provide the flash movies which will be displayed in the top box. Data collection questions and user's answers would occur in the bottom box. Following the collection of their answers, the program should allow the user to perform drag-and-drop operations to organize their answers. I have a prototype of that as well. Will also need some kind of unlocking / registration mechanism that will enable the full product after downloading the demo version. In addition to your quote, please describe your previous experience in developing shareware or program products and your hourly rate for any follow-on work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should run with all versions of Windows and be developed in VB or C++.
