Photo Contests and Voting Application

This project has two main deliverable items... 1.) A photo contest 2.) A voting application We have a beta deadline of March 2nd and a go live date of March 6th. Here is a high level overview of each item: **Photo Contest** 1.) Users will be able to upload their own photo 2.) Each user who uploads the photo will be given a distinct URL that they can give out to their friends. The URL will direct the visitor directly to the contestants uploaded photo. 3.) The form for uploading a photo will be presented in a jQuery lightbox 4.) When visitors are viewing photos from contestants they will be viewing them in a lightbox. This will be an iframe light box that will show the distinct URL as mentioned above. 5.) People can vote for any photo they like. A vote is really just the user clicking the facebook like button. 6.) Upon a contestant submitting a photo - they are taken to a thank you page. 7.) From the thank you page - they can click a link to get to the vote application **Voting Application** 1.) Users can vote for their favorite wine 2.) Votes are stored in a mySQL database 3.) Upon voting - the user is directed to a pie graph which shows the current results of the vote broken down. For the chart functionality we recommend fusionchart ( which we will purchase ) or JotForm. However, if you have a better solution you are more comfortable with - we are open to recommendations. You will be provided with PSD files so development tasks are as such: 1.) Convert PSD files to HTML & CSS 2.) Create photo contest form functionality with PHP and mySQL 3.) Create unique URL for photo contest 4.) Create display result set for photo contest 5.) Create facebook like functionality for photo contest 6.) Create voting PHP feature set which just store a tally of current votes in a mySQL databse 7.) Create a result pie graph with mySQL results IMPORTANT - please in your bid submit a written overview of your approach for handling these specific requirements.
