I am looking for a engineer who can design a small basic phone system with voicemail. Features are: - 8 internal extensions - 4 external CO phone lines for USA use microcontroller controlled - Transfer, hold, confrence, page, etc. - Caller ID of both external and internal callers - Basic voicemail with auto attendant and message waiting lamp activation. - Network connectivity, with web administration and telnet command line connectivity (I will design webpage, you just tell me how to have webpage interface to microcontroller) - Music on hold I can help with some design and suggestions as I am a electronics and telecommunications engineer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform - Must be based off one of these processors: Maxim networked 8051 (DS80C400), Imsys java processor, Lantronix 186 with integrated network (DSTni-EX) or RDC 484 with integrated network (R8610-G). I will accept PIC, Atmel AVR or ARM but prefer above processors - Software must be written in Java or assembly for Maxim processor, Java for Imsys processor, Assembly or DOS (preferred) for RDC or Lantronix processor. I prefer to use Lantronix or RDC processor with DOS. - Watchdog timer (most processors that I specified you can use have built in watchdog timer) - TPM security chip with the software checking to make sure it is present - Some sort of loop based network like CAN (integrated in the Lantronix chip), 2 wire, SPI, I2C, HPNA, etc. This feature will be implmented in hardware but not used at this time - I would like to make this as low cost as possible while still meeting FCC rules and features requested. (Suggestions are to reduce BOM, dont use BGA chips, reduce memory side, etc.)
