12 - 1 Minute Flash graphics

We are looking for a Flash designer to build 12 simple Flashed based templates. These templates should be very straight forward. We are looking for short, unique, eye catching graphics that will be show on large screen displays. These graphics will be used as templates where advertisers plug in their own text (business name, slogan, address, etc) and then they will be run on these large screen displays. What is needed: Size: (1280px by 1024px) Length: 60 seconds Each must have something unique going on in the background as well as 3-4 dynamic text field transitions. The graphics must scale so all design must be performed in native Flash or other vector based graphics. A small piece of ActionScript code must be placed (we will provide) in each graphic as well as each text box must be labeled uniquely as well as a small XML file which describes this (will also provide example). We will provide a testbed that will allow you to upload each graphic and test to make sure it meets these needed. Also, we will be providing an examples on the testbed of the needed ActionScript code and XML file. You must provide a copy of both the SWF and FLA files. Please attach examples of similar projects with any bid. We can provide additional clarification about this project if needed. We would like the first graphic to be provided ASAP when the project is accepted to make sure we are on the right track. After that we would like notification as each project is uploaded to the testbed so that we can also confirm the graphic meets the requirements. The deadline for this project deadline is 4 days from the time the project is accepted all 12 graphics must be delivered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash
