Templates! 15 of them!

Hello, I am looking for 15 templates. These should be awesome designs and I will give you themes to follow. My max bid is $70, but I want to get some designs that will be very professional looking. I want them to be easily modified. They should be able to be modified any HTML editor. The themes are as follows: --4 Automotive (for dealers - New and Used) --4 Real Estate (Try to have them universal, and not southern or northern) --3 Hosting Templates (They should be easily modified for different packages ect.) --3 Universal Templates( These templates should look really professional, and they should be able to be used for virtually anything.) --1 will be for a city guide selling website. I would like it to have a design that gives an atmosphere of a city. It should have space to list states, ect. I would like to see an example of one of these. I will not accept work unless I see an example. They should have easy navigation, but look like no other site. They should be absolutly unbeleivable! I would like all the images used, and all the coding. They should be already sliced when I get them. These should be designed by the winner, and not some templates that anyone else could purchase.
