Facebook Script

I need a simple facebook script that will authenticate a user with the Graph api. After that, using the Facebook Chat API with the XMPP/Jabber service it will fetch the list of online friends, and send them a custom message. If you're not familiar with XMPP pls don't bid. Authentication and connection is already implemented here: [login to view URL] You only need to implement the fetching of online friends and sending a message. The script should be done in php, and all files sent to me without being encrypted, so I can extend the functionality and interface by myself.
