Freelance bidding site

need a getafreelancer, scriptlance, iLance type clone. site needs a two column layout within the 'post/create a project" page, with the ability to add content, videos and images to the second column. I do not want a illegal install of iLance or similar, I have already had one of those. This is phase one of this project, so a original script written by yourself would make a definite of future work.
