JOOMLA WEB-FORM

Simple webform creation for Joomla CMS. Easy and quick job for someone with Joomla experience. We have a two webforms that we want to have published using the Joomla Extension "aiContactSafe [login to view URL]". Each form has many custom fields that all need to be recorded in the databse when the forms are submitted. Some form fields are for ratings and thus require star graphics to be displayed. Submitted forms and all fields must be visible in the Joomla/aiContactSafe backend. Max budget is $30.00. Payment is via paypal only. You have 3 days to complete the work on our development site (or your own Joomla site). Once development and testing are complete you will 1 day to move both forms to the live site. Payment after completion only.
