Web page designer

IMPORTANT: Since we will need you ongoing, Please provide time per hour AS YOUR BID! We have very simple requirements for a web page programmer/editor on an ongoing basis to do the following: 1) Logon to ftp server, edit html files, logoff 2) edit/introduce php scripts to do basic things like sending mail, survey etc. 3) adding video and audio to web page to play. Must have experience in: - html (basic stuff) - php (basic stuff) - mysql (basic stuff) - div (basic) - adding video and audio on the page (basic addition and playing of audio and video) we have lots of clients and need your help to manage these changes we will need you on an ongoing basis - one job here, 2 jobs there etc....so we are looking for someone respectable, trustworthy, honest, reasonably fast, efficient, willing to do the job.
