Wordpress Expert Developer Needed - PSD to WP - Long Term

Hi Freelancer! We're about to start a new project which consists in Premium Wordpress Themes, we have a group of very talented and skilled web designers that can design great WP themes in PSD, we're looking for an EXPERT WORDPRESS Developer for this project, we're planning on developing many themes 12+ during the next months, we will pay the right person in a "Per-Project" basis, meaning that we will pay you for each theme you develop from our PSDs and our requirements. So this is what we're looking for in the person for this project: + Must know everything about Wordpress Development + Strong PHP knowledge + Strong PSD to XHTML and to WP knowledge + Strong JS and Jquery Knowledge + Good turnaround time, can't take a lot of time to develop a theme, we're planning on releasing about 3 to 4 themes per month. + Easy to communicate with. We need someone that has worked in these type of projects int he past and that knows how to develop robust, advanced and highly customizable Wordpress themes. You must show us your portfolio of past jobs similar to the ones we're requiring, show us the themes you have developed in the past. This is what we're looking you to do for each theme. + PSD to WP + 100% W3C Valid code + Cross browser compatible (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari) + Theme must have custom option panel + Custom shortcodes + Custom Widgets + Custom theme Templates + Different post types + JS and JQuery Integration + Latest WP version compatible Once we develop our first theme the others should be easier since they'll be based on the same structure and share some similar elements, we're working with something that knows how WP works and someone we can work with in a long term business relation. IMPORTANT: We've been asking around and making our research, we've asked to some of the top WP development studios and freelancers and they've all provided us their estimated costs for this type of project and their all in the same range, so please bid based on the fact that we have a budget of $250 to $350 per theme. Remember this is only for the PSD to WP, our designers will take care of all the design aspect of the theme. That's it, so if you think you're up to this job, please let us know.
