PHP MySQL Shop and Cart

Hi, This a very simple project, we are looking for speed and cost effective programmer, any experienced programmer could have this project completed within a hour or two. This is the shop : [login to view URL] Read the 'Deliverables' for the jobs required. Thanks Happy bidding ## Deliverables This project is spilt into 4 sections. 1: Shop and Cart. When a user adds an item to the cart, it does not automatically add '1' in the quantity. When you change the quantity and use 'update items' it returns as no items in stock, when there is. You need to add quantity to the items in the shop. You need to make sure the function 'Availability' works, the shop should check if there is items in stock and show add to cart, and if there is not any items in stock, then no button but says 'Sorry we are out of stock' Make sure the paypal functions work. 2: Admin. Make sure all functions work as intended. 3: Discounts. I have started this however needs completing. In admin we have Add a discount, the admin would name this and add in the % of the discount. You need to add this to the shop items, and the admin can select which discount is available for each item is there is any. The admin also need to say how many items is required for the discount to take affect. However this isnt just for 1 item, the customer can also multi-buy. so for an example: Customer wants 2 blue mats and 1 green mat - the discount is for 3 mats regardless of the colour, but the blue and green mats would be 2 different shop items. On the shop item page, any discounts available should display something like this.... 'Discounts on multi-buy, purchase 2 items and get a 10% discount' On the cart, if discount is active (meant the requirements) it will display above grand total: Discount: 10% And the total should reflect the new price. 4. Header. In the header on the top, right. You will see 'Basket: £0.00' this is a place holder, and needs to function. You need to make it display the total price of the items in there shopping cart, we want to to show like the following. On the left : 'Basket - 4 Items - £10.00' and a checkout link on the right which takes them back to the cart. Search, you need to make this function work, its to search the shop. Needs to have a page to display the results and also have the links etc to the items.
