URGENT: EDIT OF TEMPLATE SITE

We are currently in need of a talented programmer that can create a quick 4 page food ordering site. Simple Site Flow: 1) Landing Page 2) Order Page - Step 1 (Select Product, Quantity, Add-ons), Step 2 (Total Bill), Step 3 (Delivery Information) 3) Review Order / Confirm / Confirm Message to Customers. (There is a reference site that can be copied) We need talented programmers and not agents, third party agencies that will ask only for the job and forward it to the main programmers. No upfront and No milestones will be provided upon not completing the project. Milestones will be created once the project is atleast 40%-50% complete to make sure that we are working on the right way.
