Flash site

Hi I have 2 websites currently one is [login to view URL] and the other is [login to view URL] I want both sites rolled into one. If it has a CMS I am hapy to do all the work I just want the templates set up or should I say a CMS so I can add information. I plan to add other services to this site which will end up being on rednet5.com. I want to use the rednet5 logo (swf) and I want this doing very quickly. It would also be good if a UK TV program guide could be incorporated into the TV part of the site. Probably taken from Rytek UK EPG source. There is little budget for this site but would probably me a lot more work to come from it.
