237827 secure bux script modification

I have a secure bux script that I need modified and uploaded and installed. 1. Need banner and logo 2. Need paypal purchase buttons (memberships, referrals, and advertising) 3. Need to be able to purchase with account balance (memberships, referrals and advertising) 4. Need modified to only allow 1 payment request at a time, ie, verifies history to make sure no pending payouts. 5. When referrals are assigned from admin panel, they are marked with a (b) in the members downline and gives date they were assigned, and starts their click count at 0 in the members downline. 6. Add an advertising section titled SITE SPONSORED ADS, these ads have a click value of 0.00, and are crossed out as soon as clicked, not at the end of the timer (only this section will do that) and they don't count in the click totals either.
