SMTP Proxy and Rotator

SMTP rotator. I need a login based PHP based, SMTP Proxy and Rotator script. It needs to support sprcific ports, ssl ans tls. This script would be installed in a normal web hosting account. This is not to be used for spaming etc, it's simply to rotate services like Mailgun, Mandrill, Elastic mail, sendgrid, mailjet etc. I have a self hosted PHP based autoresponder and we use services like those mentioned above. The problem is that the autoresponder only allows you to set one SMTP server and often, depending on the type of email sent, different providers will perform better than others. Usage senario #1. I place five different smtp services in the snder script and I would add my sender script address into my autoresponder, perhaps connecting over port 8080 (configurable). Once I am autheniticated, the sender scrit will rotate sending emails though the checked off (those with a check mark next to them) SMTP services. The sender script is a TRUE proxy in that it passes all of the autorespond details, headers etc, to the smtp services, just as the autoresponder would do if it were connecting directly to the 3rd party SMTP service. Usage senario #2. I may just want to send all of my emails to one SMTP service provider today. I log into the sender script, uncheck all but one of the existing services and hit save. Now all of my emails would only go out through that service.
