217845 Creloaded expert needed

Its Simple.. I have a web site at [login to view URL] and I want the one at [login to view URL] to look the same. Move the main header over, tweak the colors a little. [login to view URL] is OSdox while the new one I bought is Cre. This is a Lingerie/adult novelty site so if you have a problem please do not bid. YOU MUST KNOW CRELOADED!!!!!!! There is lots of opportunity for more work. i mean I must have had 50 tweaks alone to the OSdox version when installed. I am not sure what I need as I have only glanced at Cre but i am sure i need modules and other things installed, moved, created. And please bid for total hours VS an amount. Its AMAZING to get bids from from those who charge $10 or $20 or $30 per hour but they all bid close to the same amount. Normally I would choose the $10/hr but if i am paying you the same amount why wouldn't I pick the $30 as they know what they are doing and do it 3 times faster.
