Make HTML/PHP/JavaScript/MySQL Upgrades to RentScoper.com

There are 2 stages so please include sub-bids for each component. 1) Optimize sizing of components on [login to view URL] pages and sub-pages [login to view URL] currently does not load optimally on all browsers. On most (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), the page loads so that a large amount of space is not used. The scaling is incorrect and does not adapt to the user's browser. On some browsers (older IE, maybe others), the browser does not load correctly at all (the heatmaps will not load, etc). In some cases, depending on the user's magnification settings, text does not fit in the boxes (for example, the filter box on the city pages). We would like RentScoper and its subpages to scale optimally on all modern browsers. (2) Use AJAX to speed load time of [login to view URL] citypages The [login to view URL] mainpage has links to 415 cities. Clicking on any one of them leads to a page created for a specific US city (each city references different data, but there is only one city-page file). The citypage file loads all data from MYSQL databases right away, which is very slow. A better system would use AJAX to only load the map icons immediately and then load property data (found by clicking on a map icon) upon user click OR alternatively only load some data immediately and then load the rest in the background. Future work may include development of mobile applications for RentScoper and further website enhancements displays rental listings and data from MySQL databases
