video site upgrade

Looking for someone with speed and experience in video clone sites and design. this project will involve tranfering my current site into a open source script that is available from clipbucket. work will be ongoing so intitial bids will be for the intitial work. site will be given on pm request. site will just need alot of word changes, template change and intergration with a current script that fetches vids from other sites. will be easy for an experienced person in this field
