Testing Business/Project Management Questions before rollout to staff

We are testing out a couple of different business and Project Management training packages to roll out to our staff. As the packages are far from "full featured training" we are looking to get a number of testers on board so we can get a feel for which sets of questions are more likely to result in our staff learning more, so we are looking for a number of freelancers who will each be given random sets of questions along with our mock website which contains "business" documents relevant to the question. Once we have several complete sets of questions it will allow us to rework poorly worded questions and keep questions which freelancers show have the most potential to enhance our staff. So to summarise a successful freelancer will : Be given a set of questions on either business or project management along with the resource to answer the question. They will be given a set number of hours in which they complete what they can. Some sets will not be able to be completed in the time given whilst others will be finished much earlier and we will supply more questions. The goal is to get an idea for the average time it will take to complete each set. Initially we will be looking at giving successful freelancers bidding at $2/hr an initial 10 hours of work and depending on the number and quality of freelancers working on the project we will likely extend the hours for some freelancers.
