Hello. Firstly, it would help to hear a little more information about the project. What type of advertisements do you need, and how long would you wish for these to be? I would be happy to complete the 400 advertisements for a sum of $250. I have put 30 days to completion as I am unsure how long you would like them to be, however if they are short advertisements then I will almost certainly be able to complete them faster than this.
