Facebook accounts with Portuguese users

Budget $50 We need an account with 4.5k to 5k of Portuguese friends. The friends must be Real people, and living in Portugal and ONLY Portugal. All accounts must be real and active people, with at least 10 pictures, no bots or fake accounts. Friends need to be +24 years old.
