Drupal 7 skin from HTML template 2

I have a design that I applied in HTML+CSS format. This design needs to be converted to work with Drupal 7.0 incorporating all of Drupal's functionality. The theme is simple enough. It follows the same defined regions as the Bartik skin. All what is needed is to add a background and margins to Bartik. I do not mind if you want to modify the default Bartik design, or make the skin from scratch. The design is present here. As you can see it is very straight forward.
