Need to develop an simple ATutor module with these features: 12 questions with 4 answers for each and depending of the answers the poll shows to him a specific result but restricted to the 4 answers. The students can see their own results. The tutor can see the results of all his students. The admin can see the results of everybody. We have the poll's interfaces, the forms with the 12 questions and the 4 answers for every questions and the result page. Also we have the DB design, we need somebody to programming this as an ATutor Module. Maximum budget for this is U$S 100.- Any question I am at your disposal. Thank you.
