A commercial website with the following functionality: -There will be 5 databases 125000x40, updated manually by me. -Users will enter a desired database and 4 parameters, from 3 of these parameters another one will be derived, so a total of 2 will be used. -The relevant database will be searched with these 2 parameters for an exact fit in the first column and a best fit in the second column. -The entries in the resulting row will be manipulated by basic arithmetic operations only and the results will be returned to the browser in a tabular form. -Users will subscribe to the service through PayPal - one week at first, then monthly or three monthly. -The website must prevent user/pass sharing - two (or more) users with the same user/pass must not be allowed to be logged in simultaneously. -The website will contain a main/welcome page, a members page, a help page + a contact form, a blog-like page on which it would be possible to post daily info/suggestions. I'll send full details to the highest bidder.
