Facebook contest script

Hi, I have a requirement for someone to code a relatively simple Facebook script for me. It is based around voting and entering users into a competition. Facebook interaction will be via the "connect to facebook" option to allow the script access to post on a users wall and email them. It will also use the 'like' system Full spec and details are available but cannto be posted publicly. Thanks
