Art Gallery modification

I need a small mod to a script. The script is initially designed to allow artists to pay a subscription to a website which then allows them to upload their art into their own gallery and to also sell their paintings through payment gateways. I want to circumvent the paypal subscription for artists and use the script as a gallery owner, whereby I am the only one who can add paintings. There is no provision in the backend of the script for me to be able to do this that I can see. There is no provision in the backend to upload any paintings or bypass the Paypal subscription screen. If it's too hard or too expensive, then maybe I'm better looking for another script, but I'm not sure. I will attach the script. This is what I need to be able to do.... 1. Remove the subscription for artists on login screen (easy) 2. Create a way at the backend that I can logon as an artist and upload 3 or more paintings, and as I buy more paintings I can add to that gallery and they will appear under that artists name on the front page. I have put this project elsewhere and am about to cancel it there due to no work being done on it after a week.
