Website portal to manage poker stake (currently using excel)

I am looking to create a simple online portal to manage my team of poker players, i would like to track there buying and manage there winnings and losses and total investment etc etc I have a rough outline of what is required and what I need to see as I am currently using excel documents and would like an automated process. I have placed this as a medium project to see the quality and quantity of bids and will base my final choice on numerous things including previous work, understanding of the product required and timeframe and cost. It does not mean I am prepared to spend XX amount.
