Looking for someone that can scrape data from offline .htm files into either a flat file or directly to SQL database. Each .htm file is numbered which will be a reference ID. There is 6 tables/containers of information that need to be parsed and have data scraped. Sample .htm files to be provided after bidder is chosen. *Source Code to be provided, but you will retain ownership of the code for future purposes*
