Simple utility for Iphone/Ipad developer

Hey, I want to develop a simple audio and video recorder for Iphone and Ipad. Application will allow user to 1. record either Audio or video using the iphone ipad cam and speaker 2. I want the user to be able to send the recording via email 3. I would also like to app to be able to run in the back ground 4. I would like the trigger for recording to be either sound cought on the speeker or movment cought on the camera I would liek to get this App done with in 1 WEEK.
