Ebay Analysis API

Hi Experts, I need you guys to write an application that can do sales analysis on all ebay international sites, pulling out data and information and creating dashboards such as: 1) Categories 2) Subcategories 3) # of Item sold 4) # of listing 5) Seller ID 6) Average Selling Price 7) Starting Price 8) Ending Price 9) Selling Format (Buy it now, store, bidding 2nd chance etc) 10) URL of actual listing 11) Seller Location 12) Buyer Location 13) Shipped from location I am open to developing a web-base application or a desktop application.
