Drupal 7 Website Template

I would like to get a website template created with the following specifications: Site: Drupal 7 website with the ability to include vids Number of pages: 7 Theme: The background color should be blue with white font color. This should be set as the default color scheme for any new pages created. However, the color schemes should be as such whereby it could be changed to the desired colors. Home Page: The home page should comprise of 3 sections (horizontal) - Header, Body & Footer. The top section should be the header section consisting of the following components: - Logo (should be located on the left hand side) - Menu (should be located on the right hand side) Menu should consist of 7 items (Home, About Us, Downloads, Support, Forum, FAQ) in total arranged horizontally and each of the menu options should be drop down list in nature with the drop list appearing when someone hovers the mouse over the menu options. The drop down list should have at least 2 options (with the ability to add or remove the options as desired) and the list options should simply be a link to another page which will typically contain the required details. The middle section of the page should cover at least half the page and it should be divided into 2 equal columns (vertically). The LHS column should accommodate text, pics and links. This should also have 2 buttons, the size and location of which within the section should be customizable as desired. The RHS column should accommodate a title towards the top of the column (centered) and the rest of the area should be for displaying either images (cascading) or videos. The bottom section should be for footer containing disclaimer info. The Rest Of The Pages: The rest of the pages should consist of 2 horizontal sections: - Body - should cover 4/5 of the page - top section - Footer - should cover 1/5 of the page - bottom section These pages should be able to accommodate text, images, videos, links, etc
