handicap-hop (mobile app)

I'm a hip-hop Artist with a disability (CP). I want to design an app where my "handicap-hop" character runs stick figures over and you score points. along with this MY OWN MUSIC would serve as the soundtrack. simple & fun game (FREE) . i'm a singer on a budget but of coerce willing to pay a reasonable price. attached is my "handicap-hop" character image. and a song of mine. i'm very talented and what people with disabilities/flaws to be aware that everyone has gifts. =) thank you for your time.
