NightClub Flyer Designer

We are looking for a Designer who has experience with Nightclub flyers or Concert Flyers. We are a promotion company who throws 30 events a month and need a cutting edge designer with quick turnaround. We will give high volume but prices have to very low b/c we provide this service for other companies as well. We currently have a in house design team that we keep busy 5 days a week which is why we need to add to the team. We are looking for a designer with creativity who can transform our content into a flyer that follows the theme/direction of the event. We usually submit the flyers in at 10PM EST USA time and expect the final flyer around 8am out time. We also need to be able to communicate with you guys on skype for edits between 10am - 1pm our time. REMEMBER this is High Volume so you will be doing 3-4 flyers a day but we are looking for the BEST PRICE POSSIBLE! ***VERY IMPORTANT*** SAMPLES REQUIRED to BID ON THIS PROJECT (if you do not attach samples then you project will be in the hidden section) This could be over 300 - 500 designs a year so please only bid on this if your are committed and experienced with Nightclub Flyer and Design work.
