I run a VPS: CentOS 5 with cpanel/WHM and I need someone to check that it is set up ok. I am having issues with some website visitors unable to view my sites. This website viewing issue only occurs on one particular phone network. I would like to be able to rely on the winning freelancer to be able to assist with future issues and general support.
