Joomla Civic rm component customization and implementation

Description: Need a php expert to be able to implement and customize Civic Rm component into our JOOMLA website under construction, The website is a Walkathon site where individual can register on a event with fundraising objetives, mainly we need: Register as an individual Register as a team (group) Join an existing team (group Create personal website for fundraising (incl Civic) Have the ability to search for existing teams or individuals and donate to them. Best example website is [login to view URL] (made on drupal with Civic Rm comp, we have sourcing code of that website if it helps) Person interested will start working on the project straight away as the website is already designed and we just need the customization of the component.
