Need a systemor or something

I need a system or a plugin of sort developing. Naturally I will need to discuss this with teh right individual or team. I need something similar to be developed, so that when its used as a plugin or add-on or something to a site, then the user can customize it to their preference. The link above is for a bank so u can locate any branch when u input part of your post code. should be able to use it for any type of site. Can be customized to stores, branches etc Has to be optimized Google maps must be integrated. and a few other points.. need to be discussed.
