The purpose of this database solution is because it has been requested by the management is to develop an efficient way of storing the given information in a methodical and accurate manner. The main reason for the management to require this database is because of the problems which the various problems which they had to face by using their existing current setup. Which includes; 1. Data is not centralized. 2. Policies not centralized. 3. We can't keep the income history for each employee. 4. The attendance, overtime, lateness is manually collected and calculated. 5. The managers transfer the employees frequently and it is not easy to track the team members transfer which affects the required attendance time (shifts) 6. The variable salary effects is calculated manually.
