Wordpress function to order instagram followers

I am having a site with a purchased theme, and have set it up with all neccessary information and so, but I am missing my final piece. I need a function like you can find on [login to view URL], to order instagram followers, with mainly PayPal checkout. (Can also work with other if that makes it easier/cheaper/bether). I would also need you to mention of you would be able to make the validation of open profiles, and if so if you are including this in your bidding. Also need to know how you can work out the design, in difference with example [login to view URL], which has a very smooth design over it.
