Issue with moving nodes in XML file (vb.net)

Hi, I started putting together a script (in vb.net) which is supposed to do as follows: 1. Read XML File 2. Create dynamic controls in dynamic table 3. Assign event handlers to the "Up" and "Down" image buttons so that when those buttons are clicked, the nodes in the xml file will move up or down, depending on which nodes you're trying to move. I managed to do the above, however, i'm experiencing an issue with #3. The image buttons don't react as expected. This is what's happening: - When I click on any of the image buttons when I load the page, nothing happens. When I try to click any button ("Up" or "Down" arrow) again, the actions from my previous click executes. - As well, when I do a refresh of the page, nodes are being moved as well (unwanted behavior). Can you fix the coding so that the up and down arrows function normally (outlined in #3), and that no actions execute when refreshing the page?
