iPhone streaming radio for members app

I am not sure how much money this would require to create. Also not sure how much time it would take. Please bid based off of how much money it would take to produce the following in the span of 3-4 months. This is an online radio station that is already up and running with a big customer base. Most code is already in position, but we will do any modifying of the PHP/MySQL that you may require. We provide: - all the images - all the GUI information (how it should function) Basic functionality: - Splash screen - Stream radio from an online source that already streams to browsers - Member login - Ability to modify playlists within account (add/remove/save/delete) - See extra details from current song playing - Other functionality from the current song playing (i.e. add to favorites, add to playlist, see "lyric type" information, album art) We would like to get the basics together for Phase 1. Phase 2 will follow close behind as long as we can get the numbers right for this project. Please let us know all of your concerns and questions.
